We built the service we wished existed for Lubbock's most discerning clients.

Obsidian Concierge was founded on a single observation: the gap between a home that sells quickly and one that lingers on the market is almost never price — it's presentation, preparation, and the logistical details that slip through the cracks when no one is accountable for them.

We exist to close that gap. As a dedicated support layer for Lubbock real estate professionals and their clients, we manage the physical, creative, and logistical demands of the listing lifecycle — with the precision of a pit crew and the polish of a luxury brand.

"Luxury isn't a price point. It's a standard of care."

Every home we work with receives the same level of attention — the kind that turns a showing into a conviction. We believe the details that most people overlook are exactly the ones buyers remember. Our job is to make sure none of them are left to chance.

What we do at Obsidian Concierge.

Field Ops

Dedicated route-based support for brokerages — keeping signs upright, flyers stocked, status riders updated, and assets recovered within 24 hours of funding. We protect your brand in the field so your agents never have to.

Pre-Listing Management

We source, vet, and manage a curated network of Lubbock contractors — serving as the single point of contact for every pre-listing repair and improvement.

White-Glove Moving Coordination

From sourcing premium movers to handling utility transfers and change-of-address logistics, we manage every detail of the transition so moving day runs on a schedule.

Colton Lewis, Founder

Real estate has been a part of Colton Lewis’s life for as long as he can remember. Not as a career plan — as something he genuinely couldn’t get enough of.

As a kid, HGTV wasn’t just background noise — it was where he discovered a love for the details. The way something as simple as a finish or a layout could change how a space felt the moment you walked in. By first grade he was sketching floor plans on grid paper every chance he got. That grew into designing full homes digitally — every room, every layout, every finish, obsessing over how people would actually live in the spaces he was creating. By high school, that obsession earned him two trips to the state competition for architectural drafting.

That pull carried him into property management, starting as a leasing agent and working his way into property leadership. And it was there that a new side of that passion revealed itself. The coordination, the vendor management, the tight timelines, the pressure of making sure every detail was right before someone walked through the door — he didn’t just learn how to do it. He discovered a love for it. The properties he was a part of consistently delivered the best turns those communities had seen in years, and every single time he watched someone walk into a space that was genuinely ready for them, the feeling never got old. He didn’t know it yet, but he was building the foundation for everything Obsidian would become.

But Colton didn’t build Obsidian Concierge just because he loves real estate. He built it because he saw something missing.
Lubbock is growing — fast. Hundreds of new homes every year, a luxury market that shows no signs of slowing down. The city is changing, and the real estate experience needed to change with it. There are already so many talented agents doing incredible work here — Lubbock didn’t need another one. It needed something that allowed those agents to deliver an even more premium, even more elevated experience to their clients. Something that reshaped how real estate in Lubbock is done.
No one was offering that. So Colton built it himself.

Obsidian exists because buying or selling a home shouldn’t feel like a burden. There’s already enough stress in the approvals, the financing, the negotiations — clients don’t need vendor coordination, project management, and moving logistics piled on top of it. And agents shouldn’t have to carry that weight either. Obsidian takes it off entirely. Not by cutting corners, but by caring deeply about every detail of the process so that clients feel valued, cared for, and simply blown away that the experience could look like this.

He always knew residential real estate was where he truly belonged. The question was never if he’d get there — it was how. And now that question has an answer.

This isn’t something Colton decided to do. It’s the thing every experience in his life has been leading him toward.

Lubbock is no longer just a college town.
It's a market that demands this.

#1

Highest increase in home sales of any metro in Texas in 2024. Over 5,000 homes sold — a 4.3% gain while most Texas markets declined or stayed flat.

2,200+

New housing permits issued in Lubbock County in 2024. Properties above $500K now account for over 11% of all sales, and that share continues to climb.

1.5%

Annual population growth — outpacing Austin at 0.4%. Lubbock has added nearly 20,000 residents since 2020 and is projected to hit half a million by 2050.
